Denials and Appeals Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Denials Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on denied claims and appeals to ensure payment is received
• Research and resolve denials while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports

Required Qualifications

• Approximately two+ years of experience with insurance denial processes in a multi-facility environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• Knowledge of health insurance correspondence and denial processing
• Understanding of physician billing guidelines for various payers
• Proficiency in billing systems and Microsoft Office applications
