Denials and AR Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Denials & AR Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze claims to identify denial reasons and create appeal letters
• Contact payers to learn the status of previously resubmitted claims and updates on payments
• Calculate expected claim reimbursement and notate accounts with updates from payers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in Denials or Accounts Receivable in Hospital or Physician claims
• Experience in writing appeal letters to insurance companies
• Experience working in a production-based environment
• Ability to excel in a metrics-driven environment
