Denials AR Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Denials & AR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct oversight of department supervisor(s)
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate and communicate inventory changes
• Manage and audit inventory, including reconciliations and client reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Experienced people leader
• In-depth denials and appeals experience
• Deep understanding of workflows
• Experience with high dollar/complex claims and client management
• Experience in training and coaching team members
