Denials Liaison

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Denials Liaison will execute denials prevention strategies, analyze insurance denial data, and collaborate with various departments to improve revenue cycle operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret insurance denials data to recommend and implement process improvements
• Manage and facilitate denials prevention workgroups, providing updates to leadership
• Collaborate with the Financial Analysis team to validate data and request report modifications as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Finance preferred
• 2+ years of experience in medical billing, coding, or revenue cycle management in a healthcare setting
• Experience in denials management or appeals is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret complex analytics
