Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Denials Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Differentiates between clinical and technical denials through EOBs, denial letters, and data mining
  • Contacts payers to negotiate resolution on technical denials and manages appeals using necessary documentation
  • Evaluates appeal outcomes for next steps and manages assigned workload through timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a four-year degree is preferred
  • 2 years of experience in hospital-related billing or follow-up field
  • Knowledge of or experience working with managed care contracts
  • Experience in customer support or client issue resolution management
  • Proficiency with MS Office
