Denials Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of individual contributors, the full-time Supervisor, Denials Operations will manage daily denial management workflows, ensuring efficient work distribution and adherence to quality standards in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage real-time work distribution to balance workloads and ensure continuous progress
• Monitor account movement across workflow stages and intervene to prevent delays
• Lead, coach, and support a team of 8-15 team members while tracking productivity and quality metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, preferably in denials management
• 1-3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of denial management processes and payer requirements
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and make real-time decisions
