Denials Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team of 8-15 in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Supervisor, Denials Operations will manage denial management workflows, ensuring efficient work distribution, monitoring performance, and maintaining quality standards in a high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage real-time work distribution to balance workloads and ensure continuous progress
• Monitor account movement across workflow stages and intervene to prevent delays
• Lead, coach, and support team members while tracking productivity and quality metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, with a focus on denials management
• 1-3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Strong knowledge of denial management processes and payer requirements
