Denials Performance Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle performance, the full-time Denials Performance Analyst will analyze denied claims, identify root causes, and collaborate with operational teams to improve processes, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze denied claims to develop clear problem statements and identify failure points
• Collaborate with coding and revenue cycle teams to validate medical terminology and coding accuracy
• Assess the financial impact of denials and support initiatives to reduce revenue loss

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management with a focus on denials and performance management
• Working knowledge of medical terminology related to denied claims
• Experience collaborating with coding teams and stakeholders to analyze denial root causes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree
