Denials Representative

Job Summary

Reviewing carrier denials for assigned billing groups, the full-time Denials Representative will ensure accurate processing of invoices and participate in departmental meetings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Review ETM tasklist assignments and rebill claims as necessary
• Determine appropriate actions for denials based on carrier requirements
• Assemble and forward documentation to senior representatives for carrier-related issues

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of medical billing experience preferred
• Knowledge of physician billing policies and procedures
• Computer literacy is essential
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
