Denials Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Denials Specialist in the United States for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate denial reasons and ensure accurate coding in DCM
• Generate appeals based on dispute reasons and contract terms
• Escalate denial or payment variance trends to leadership for resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Intermediate understanding of EOB, Managed Care Contracts, and medical coding
• Knowledge of hospital billing forms and terminology
• Experience in a hospital business environment performing billing and collections
• High School Diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
