Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Denials Supervisor will oversee the denial management process, ensuring timely resolution and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve denial cases, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure compliance and timely follow-up
• Analyze denial trends and develop strategies to reduce future occurrences
• Train and mentor staff on best practices for denial management and appeals processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in denial management or healthcare operations
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and billing processes
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
