Denials Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Denials Supervisor to oversee the Denials Resolution Department and manage daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the processing and resolution of claim denials
• Analyze denial reports and recommend process improvements
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of healthcare payer reimbursement and coding (ICD-9, CPT-4)
• Prior experience in Denials Resolution preferred
• Minimum of three years in physician billing, with two years in Denials and Appeals or A/R Management
• Computer proficiency with intermediate Excel skills required
