Denials Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Denials (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of assigned Revenue Services teams and serve as the primary escalation point for client issues
• Analyze claim payments using proprietary software and manage the coordination of client requests and internal communications
• Conduct training and mentoring for staff, prepare performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with quality control standards

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in healthcare billing or collections and client-facing/customer service roles
• 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Intermediate understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office applications
