Denials Underpayment Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Denials Underpayment Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, follow-up, and resolve denials and underpayments from third-party payors
• Process adjustments according to payor contracts
• Report to the Manager of Denials Management

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• At least two (2) years of related healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
• Preferred three (3) years of experience focusing on denials/underpayments
• Prior experience using Epic is preferred
• No licensure or certification required by law
