Job Summary
To support dental office clients, the part-time Dental Accounting Success Consultant will provide accounting and bookkeeping services while working from home, focusing on reconciling deposits, categorizing transactions, and reporting on financial health.
Key responsibilities
- Reconcile deposits within bank and practice management software
- Categorize income and expense transactions for accurate financial reporting
- Regularly meet with the team and the Doctor to discuss goals and achievements
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial services, banking, or office management
- A dedicated workspace with a reliable computer, printer, and high-speed internet
- Self-directed with the ability to set and achieve goals independently
- Availability during business hours for team meetings and consultations
