Dental Biller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dental Biller to manage Revenue Cycle Management operations for internal dental clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and manage appointment booking and patient registration
• Accurately code dental procedures, prepare claims, and manage claims submission and denials
• Conduct accounts receivable follow-up, collections, and payment posting and reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; formal training in dental billing or related field preferred
• Current certification in dental billing or coding preferred (e.g., CPB, CDC, CMRS)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software
• Comprehensive understanding of HIPAA regulations and state-specific billing requirements
• Knowledge of CDT codes and ICD-10 coding standards
