To support dental offices from home, the part-time Dental Billing Success Consultant will manage insurance verification, patient billing, and ensure accurate claims submission while striving to collect 100% of owed amounts.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect and ensure accurate posting of payments and adjustments within one business day
- Submit clean claims and follow up on aged claims over 30 days bi-weekly
- Maintain a near-zero balance on over 90 insurance aging accounts
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of dedicated dental billing experience, preferably within the last 12 months
