Dental Billing Project Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Project Specialist responsible for overseeing and executing special projects related to Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned RCM projects including claim corrections and ledger clean-up audits
• Identify and track accounts affected by migration errors or structural changes
• Submit corrected claims and assist with escalated billing issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental billing or revenue cycle experience; special projects experience preferred
• Strong understanding of dental/ortho billing, CDT codes, and claims submission requirements
• Experience with Denticon and/or Cloud 9 preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
