Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oral Surgery and Dentistry Call Center position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient access functions including registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification
  • Perform administrative duties such as handling forms, phones, and filing to support the department
  • Manage referral coordination and maintain the Master Patient Index (MPI)
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent, or high school diploma/GED with at least two years of relevant experience
  • Preferred experience in a clinical setting
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and health-sensitive information
  • Experience with hospital registration and billing systems is a plus
