Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oral Surgery and Dentistry Call Center position.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient access functions including registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification
- Perform administrative duties such as handling forms, phones, and filing to support the department
- Manage referral coordination and maintain the Master Patient Index (MPI)
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent, or high school diploma/GED with at least two years of relevant experience
- Preferred experience in a clinical setting
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and health-sensitive information
- Experience with hospital registration and billing systems is a plus
