Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative (Dental).

Key Responsibilities

• Make 200+ outbound dials per day to prospects in the dental, chiropractic, and medical spaces
• Book qualified appointments directly into client calendars and maintain a 70%+ appointment show rate
• Track performance in CRM and handle objections confidently in a high-rejection environment

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outbound phone sales or appointment setting
• Experience with CRM systems and proven ability to meet daily quotas and KPIs
• Comfortable with sales scripts and adapting them in real-time
• Must have a quiet home office setup with dual monitors and high-speed internet
• Self-motivated and competitive with a reliable work ethic
