Key Responsibilities

• Obtain necessary documentation from service providers to complete reviews
• Manage queues and files with timely follow-ups and within standard operating procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate updates on file progress

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• 2-3 years of dental assistant experience; Certified Dental Assistant preferred
• Ability to read x-rays with beginning/moderate proficiency
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
