A company is looking for a Dental Claims Approver II.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process dental claims that cannot be automatically processed by the mainframe system
• Apply state laws to the processing of initial claims and appeals, and investigate written appeals and inquiries
• Follow up on claims requiring additional information or pending in the system

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Entry-level position; no specific degree required
• Proficient PC navigation skills, including mainframe systems
• Ability to handle pressure in a production and quality-focused environment
• Dependable with good attendance and willingness to work overtime when requested
• Flexibility and adaptability in an ever-changing work environment
