Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dental Claims Approver II to process customer claims accurately and timely in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process dental claims that cannot be automatically processed
• Apply state laws to initial claims and appeals, and investigate inquiries and complaints
• Follow up on claims requiring additional information or pending status

• Entry-level position; no specific degree required
• Proficient PC navigation skills, including mainframe systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Flexibility and adaptability in a changing work environment
• Dependable with good attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
