Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end claims process for dental claims, ensuring compliance with guidelines and monitoring reporting for accuracy
• Foster strong relationships with TPA partners, brokers, and clients to address customer issues and enhance satisfaction
• Utilize advanced claims data analysis to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work experience with dental insurance claims
• Experience creating, analyzing, and refining dashboards and reporting
• Strong understanding of technology and industry trends
• Collaborative focus with vendors and stakeholders
• Excellent client relationship management skills
