Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dental Claims Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adjudicate general and specialty dental claims accurately and efficiently using department designated plan documentation
• Identify and forward specialty claims to the appropriate queue
• Analyze dental claims reports to make informed claims adjudication decisions

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of medical or dental claims processing or health insurance customer service experience
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, self-motivation, and ability to work under time pressure
• Experience in SelectHealth customer service or claims processing
• FACETS experience
