Dental Claims Recovery Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Dental Claims Recovery Analyst will investigate, recover, and resolve dental claims issues, including processing tax levies and managing subrogation claims, while ensuring compliance with regulations and serving as a point of contact for Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve dental claims issues, including tax levies and payment discrepancies
• Initiate calls with providers to gather information related to claims and payment issues
• Prepare financial reports and act as the Subject Matter Expert for finance-related inquiries

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of claims or collections experience
• 2+ years of experience with VACCN Dental Claims processing
• 1+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling during business hours
