Dental Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Claims Referral Specialist II will process dental claims, pre-authorizations, and referrals accurately within established timelines while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process dental claims, pre-authorizations, and referrals in accordance with service level agreements
• Review member benefits and handle claims involving Coordination of Benefits (COB) and Orthodontics
• Maintain productivity and accuracy while performing high-volume data entry tasks

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three years of dental claims processing or related experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
• Strong 10-key data entry skills
