Dental Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Claims Referral Specialist III, this fully remote position will manage the accurate processing of dental claims, pre-authorizations, and referrals while meeting established production and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process dental claims, pre-authorizations, and referrals accurately within service level agreements
• Review and determine benefits in accordance with plan guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Handle complex claims involving Coordination of Benefits (COB) and specialized client accounts

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 to 5 years of dental claims processing or related experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
• Strong 10-key data entry skills
