Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Expert - Removables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the CX Product Line Lab Owner, developing and implementing quality best practices across the Clinical Support Team
  • Provide technical guidance and support to doctors through phone and chat for complex cases and treatment planning
  • Maintain detailed records of quality solutions and their impact on patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume lab setting, preferably digital dental labs
  • 3+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM digital design in removables
  • Previous experience in a customer service role for the lab is preferred
  • Strong current knowledge of removables dental systems and their digital components
  • Desire to work in a fast-growing, fully-digital lab environment
