Job Summary

To ensure the accuracy and compliance of provider credentialing data, the full-time remote Expirations & Data Integrity Specialist will monitor credential expirations, conduct data governance activities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track provider credentials, notifying stakeholders of upcoming expirations and required renewals
• Evaluate credentialing documentation for compliance and mitigate risks associated with expired or incomplete records
• Perform regular data audits and reconcile provider data across internal systems and credentialing platforms

Required qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with good judgment and initiative
