Required Qualifications and Education
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent
  • Experience in call centers or dental insurance preferred
  • Ability to learn and understand a broad range of insurance products
  • Proficient with desktop applications such as MS Office
  • Must pass dental terminology coursework during training
