Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dental Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls regarding dental claims, benefits, premiums, and eligibility
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to problems while documenting all aspects of calls
  • Resolve complaints, appeals, and inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and adherence to service level guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a medical/dental office or customer support role
  • Practical knowledge of medical or dental terminology and diagnosis/procedure coding preferred
  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have high-speed internet access and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
