Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls regarding dental claims, benefits, premiums, and eligibility
- Provide accurate information and solutions to problems while documenting all aspects of calls
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on benefit information and claim processing procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience or related experience in a medical/dental office
- Practical knowledge of medical or dental terminology preferred
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must have high-speed internet and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
