Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls regarding dental claims, benefits, premiums, and eligibility
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to problems while documenting all aspects of calls
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on benefit information and claim processing procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience or related experience in a medical/dental office
  • Practical knowledge of medical or dental terminology preferred
  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have high-speed internet and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
