Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Dental Customer Service Representative will manage high volumes of inbound calls regarding dental claims, benefits, and eligibility while working remotely from home.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls related to dental claims, benefits, premiums, and eligibility, providing accurate information and solutions to callers
- Document calls clearly and concisely while adhering to HIPAA guidelines to protect member health information
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefit information and claim processing procedures to effectively assist members
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate multiple computer screens
- Typing speed of at least 35 wpm and 10-key proficiency of 105 kspm net
- Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for remote work
