Job Summary

Providing customer service to members of various benefit plans, the full-time Dental Customer Service Representative will analyze caller needs and deliver timely, accurate responses regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, and premiums while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls related to dental claims, benefits, and eligibility while providing solutions and confirming information
  • Document calls clearly and concisely, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Stay updated on benefit information and processing procedures to effectively resolve complaints and inquiries
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience or related experience in a medical/dental office
  • Practical knowledge of medical or dental terminology preferred
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm and achieve 10-key proficiency of 105 kspm net
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a reliable high-speed internet connection
