Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Customer Service - Dental.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach Customer Service employees to ensure member/provider satisfaction and retention
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback for staff development and training needs
- Develop collaborative relationships with internal partners to enhance service delivery and compliance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a dental claim/call center environment
- Experience with Microsoft-based applications
- High School Diploma
- Working knowledge of dental workflows, policies, and procedures (preferred)
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
