Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Customer Service - Dental.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coach Customer Service employees to ensure member/provider satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback for staff development and training needs
  • Develop collaborative relationships with internal partners to enhance service delivery and compliance


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a dental claim/call center environment
  • Experience with Microsoft-based applications
  • High School Diploma
  • Working knowledge of dental workflows, policies, and procedures (preferred)
  • Supervisory experience (preferred)
