Job Summary
To support a growing recruiting team, the full-time Dental Hygienist Recruiter will partner with managers to assess hiring needs, source and screen candidates, and manage the interview and onboarding processes in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruiting plans
- Source and screen licensed Hygienists using various tools and social media channels
- Manage the candidate selection process, including negotiations and onboarding
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a strategic, fast-paced environment
- Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus
- Proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel
- Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings and networking events
