- Sources and screens candidates using diverse recruiting tools and social media platforms
- Oversees the candidate selection process, including negotiations and onboarding
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel
- Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings and networking events
- Ideal candidates should reside in the Central or Eastern Standard Time zones
