Job Summary
To support a dedicated recruiting team, the full-time Dental Hygienist Recruiter will manage the sourcing and hiring of licensed Hygienists, collaborating with managers to develop recruiting plans and utilizing various tools and social media channels, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with managers to assess hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source and screen candidates for Hygienist positions using multiple recruitment methods
- Manage the candidate selection process, including negotiation and onboarding
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in a strategic, fast-paced environment
- Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus
- Proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and networking events
