Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Dentrix and eCentral claims systems
• Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare office, preferably in a dental office
• Proven understanding of dental insurance verification processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
