Dental Insurance Verification Specialist

Job Summary

To support dental practices by ensuring accurate patient insurance information, the part-time Insurance Verification Success Consultant will verify insurance details, input data into practice management software, and ensure all verifications are completed with 100% accuracy before appointments while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all insurance verifications with 100% accuracy at least 3 business days before patient appointments
• Input coverage percentages, maximums, and deductibles accurately into the client's practice management software
• Verify and maintain accuracy of all insurance data within the client's software system

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of extensive Dental Insurance Verification experience as a primary responsibility
• Experience in roles such as Dental Office Manager or Insurance Coordinator within the last 12 months preferred
• Access to a dedicated workspace, reliable computer, printer, and high-speed internet
• Ability to work independently and set effective goals
• Availability for at least 3 hours a day, Monday-Friday, during regular business hours (8:00-5:00 EST)
