Dental Lab Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lab Technician (Anterior Crown & Bridge).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on treatment plans with doctors to refine case designs for optimal patient outcomes
• Provide live clinical support through direct communication with clinicians to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between doctors and lab teams, translating clinical feedback into production outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a dental technician role
• 3+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including complex Anterior Crown and Bridge cases
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows and best design practices
• Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians and manage complex concerns professionally
• Previous experience in a customer-facing lab role is preferred
