Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lab Technician specializing in anterior crown and bridge.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with doctors to review and refine case designs for optimal patient outcomes
• Provide live clinical support to clinicians through phone, chat, and video communication
• Facilitate communication between doctors and lab teams to translate clinical feedback into production outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Dental Technician role
• 3+ years of experience in CAD/CAM design, including complex anterior crown and bridge cases
• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows for anterior crown and bridge
• Experience in a customer-facing lab role is preferred
