Dental Lab Technician

Job Summary

To support a growing dental practice, the full-time Customer Experience Dental Lab Technician will collaborate with clinicians on treatment plans, provide live clinical support, and facilitate cross-functional communication, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with doctors to review and refine case designs for optimal patient outcomes
• Provide real-time technical support through phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows
• Act as a liaison between clinicians and lab teams, translating clinical feedback into production outcomes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in a Dental Technician role
• 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including Implant and Crown & Bridge cases
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows and best design practices
• Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians and manage complex concerns professionally
• Fluency in the local market language with strong knowledge of local dental norms and terminology
