Job Summary
To support a growing dental technology firm, the full-time remote Customer Experience Lab Technician will collaborate with clinicians on treatment plans, provide live clinical support, and facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure quality outcomes and exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate on treatment plans by reviewing and refining case designs with doctors in real-time
- Provide live clinical support through phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows
- Act as a liaison between clinicians and lab teams, translating clinical feedback into production outcomes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in a dental technician role
- 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including implant and crown & bridge cases
- Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including implant systems and best design practices
- Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians and provide empathetic support in a customer-facing lab role
- Strong independent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple complex conversations simultaneously
