Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lab Technician, Anteriors (French Canadian).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with doctors on treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide live clinical support and troubleshoot issues via phone, chat, and video
• Facilitate communication between clinicians and lab teams by translating feedback into production outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a dental technician role
• 3+ years of experience in dental CAD/CAM design, particularly with anterior crown and bridge cases
• Bilingual in English and Canadian French
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows for anterior crown and bridge
• Previous experience in a customer-facing lab role is preferred
