Dental Lab Technician - Removables

Job Summary

To support a growing dental practice, the full-time Customer Experience Dental Lab Technician - Removables will collaborate with clinicians on treatment plans, provide live clinical support, and facilitate cross-functional communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on treatment plans by reviewing and refining case designs with doctors to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues and enhance customer service
• Facilitate communication between doctors and lab teams, translating clinical feedback into production outcomes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in a dental technician role
• 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including implant and crown & bridge cases
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows and best design practices
• Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians and manage complex concerns professionally
• Fluency in the local market language with knowledge of local dental norms and terminology
