Dental Lab Technician - Removables

Job Summary

To support a growing dental practice, the full-time remote Customer Experience - Dental Lab Technician - Removables will collaborate with clinicians on treatment plans, provide live clinical support, and facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure quality outcomes and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on treatment plans with doctors to refine case designs for optimal patient outcomes
• Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows
• Act as a liaison between doctors and lab teams, translating clinical feedback into production outcomes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in a dental technician role
• 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including full and partial dentures
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows and best design practices
• Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians and manage complex concerns professionally
• Native or near-native fluency in the local market language and strong English fluency for global collaboration
