A company is looking for a Sell Side M&A Director - Dental.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume pipeline and deliver signed contracts within the dental vertical
• Perform dental-specific valuations and navigate complex M&A components
• Establish and maintain relationships with major dental organizations and private equity groups

Required Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or equity sales
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance or related field
• Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in M&A deal structures
• Ability to analyze clinical metrics and specific benchmarks
• Proficiency in CRM management and digital tools
