Job Summary

Experienced dental marketing professionals will find a full-time remote Account Manager opportunity focused on managing client relationships, optimizing marketing strategies, and driving production growth for dental practices.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for dental clients, building trust and long-term partnerships
• Lead monthly performance reviews to analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for improving marketing ROI
• Translate dental marketing expertise into actionable strategies that enhance patient acquisition and treatment acceptance

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in dental marketing or a related agency/DSO environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts and act as a trusted advisor to dental professionals
• Deep knowledge of the dental patient journey and fluency in dental terminology and practice operations
• Understanding of key dental practice metrics such as cost per new patient and case acceptance rates
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics, with training provided for any gaps
